Villa Jasmin has two bedrooms - one master bedroom with a king sized sleigh bed and triple fitted wardrobes and one twin bedroom with two single beds and a triple fitted wardrobe. Both bedrooms overlook the swimming pool.

Villa Jasmin has two luxurious marble bathrooms, one with seperate shower and one with a bath. Both have wc and sinks.

The kitchen is superbly fitted with granite worktops and oak units. Oven/ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freeze, coffee maker and dishwasher are amongst many other items in the kitchen. There is also a utility room with washing machine, iron and board.

The lounge has a leather suite, satellite tv with full sky tv package, dvd and cd player, playstation 2 with many games, cd’s and dvd’s.

There is an alfresco dining area outside for those warm evenings to sit and enjoy an evening meal.

Villa Jasmin boasts a private electrically heated swimming pool with salt chlorinator, making the water much kinder to the skin and a warm pool all year round. The villa also has a hot tub and both sea and mountain views.

High quality wooden sunloungers, table and chairs, safe, games, books, cot, highchair, superb quality furnishings, extra guest bed, landscaped gardens, large terrace and BBQ to name but a few - finish off this luxury private villa nicely.

This five star style holiday accommodation is extremely family friendly and really well equipped for babies and small children with a travel cot, highchair, baby cutlery, beakers, potty and toys.

Villa Jasmin is on one level making it a suitable villa to rent for disabled guests in wheelchairs.

Villa Jasmin is situated on Faro Park in Playa Blanca and is in a quiet and private cul-de-sac, close to the seafront and lighthouse. Faro Park has a small parade of facilities including a bakery, two mini-markets, Italian restaurant, Chinese restaurant and several bars. These are all within a 10 minute stroll. A new bus service is now operating through Playa Blanca every 1/2 hour. Faro Park is included in the bus route. Please see here for the bus timetable. Taxis are also very reasonable and easily obtained.

Villa Jasmin is one of the most popular and nicest two bedroom villas to rent in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. If you have a large holiday group, at certain times of the year, we are also able to rent the next door villa (Villa Mimosa during May to October and xmas period - please do not hesitate to contact us for this option). Villa Mimosa is the same layout as Villa Jasmin. We have many other villas in the Faro Park area to recommend should you wish to hire more than one in the vicinity.
